Hi, I'm Yi Ning! I'm a parent and curious observer of how we raise children in a world that's changing faster than ever. My professional background is rooted in tech, venture and startups, but the questions that keep me up at night are quieter: How do we stay present as parents? What kind of future are we preparing our children for? And how can we slow down enough to really see them?
I'm a growth leader with 15 years of experience across venture-backed startups, global corporates, and public-private sector partnerships. I've built marketing functions, launched businesses into new markets, and worked alongside C-suite leaders to accelerate business outcomes—from Amazon's consumer business launch in Singapore to leading growth at Entrepreneur First during their Series C.
Most recently, I've worked with early-stage brands in the DTC and non-profit space, taking on fractional marketing leadership roles to plan and execute go-to-market strategy. This year, I am gradually opening my practice to work on marketing projects with purpose-driven organizations.
